Lookin' pretty tan in this photo, huh? Well, I AM tanning. Summer is just around the corner. I want to be prepared.

ALSO, I had to add a warming filter to the picture so the purple showed up more accurately. It's so hard to get it perfect. Under some lighting it looks as shown above and in some lighting it is more blue. I guess none of that matters as long as the polish is awesome... and it is! I really like this lilac, yah that's what I'll call it. Lilac. I've come to the conclusion that I am drawn more to really light or really dark shades. They make my nails POP... and therefore look longer.

This would have been my last of the OPI Shrek collection to show you but I stopped at my favorite nail place and grabbed a couple more: Ogre The Top and Fiercely Fiona!

This polish is on the thin side but builds in 3 coats for perfect nail coverage. I've actually been wearing it for a couple days (with Seche Vite top coat) and have no visible wear. That's usually how it works with me, guys. I swatch several polishes in one day then apply a full manicure that I don't have to fuss with until a few days later. Laziness? No, just efficient. :) Good day!

Zoya - Ivanka

This is my 1st Zoya! Can you believe it?! It's pretty amazing if you ask me.

"Ivanka" is a jelly polish (the base is a transparent green) with TINY specs of glitter. Tons and tons of glitter! I have 2 questions about this polish...

1) What color is that glitter? Gold or light green? It's hard to tell. It is possible that the glitter is gold but the green polish surrounds the specs and makes them look green. Any opinions?

2) Where does that blue around the edge of the bottle come from? The effect is strong when the polish is in the bottle but not when on my nails. I don't think it is from the glass. I bought a few more Zoyas at the same time and none of them have it. Weird.

Yah, yah. I know I said in my last post that I normally stick to OPI polishes. I bought this the same day I bought Essie's "Chinchilly". I must've been having an off day :) I've got more of these sparkling beauties to show you as well!

I don't usually buy polishes other than OPI. I don't know why. I feel safe with OPI. I know whatever they produce will be great... BUT I saw this color and had to have it.

It's amazing! Phew. A justified non-OPI purchase.

Chinchilly is more gray than tan... it's like khaki gray. Or maybe like chocolate milk! The kind you mix with the syrup. Sometimes that looks a little less brown and more like dirty milk. Haha. Sick.

It's a safe color but it is so different that it stands out. You know?

I can see myself using this whole bottle.

Yikes. Since I say that, maybe I need a backup!

Uh-oh! Looks like I've spilled the bottle! I need your help to use up this polish... Let's not waste any time!

Here is our first challenge: VINTAGE

Use at least 2 of the four colors shown:
(Green, White, Teal, and Red)
*Optional- Silver

Throw in some GLITTER!
