Essie - Chinchilly

Essie - Chinchilly
I don't usually buy polishes other than OPI. I don't know why. I feel safe with OPI. I know whatever they produce will be great... BUT I saw this color and had to have it.

It's amazing! Phew. A justified non-OPI purchase.

Chinchilly is more gray than tan... it's like khaki gray. Or maybe like chocolate milk! The kind you mix with the syrup. Sometimes that looks a little less brown and more like dirty milk. Haha. Sick.

It's a safe color but it is so different that it stands out. You know?
I can see myself using this whole bottle.
Yikes. Since I say that, maybe I need a backup!

  7. was inspired by your post and tried on You Don't Know Jacques. The grey-brown is great on lighter skin tones. Chinchilly looks totally gorge on you!

  8. Thanks everyone!

BabyD- I found this at Ulta!

    Ping- I agree. Very chic...

    Nailinit- Thanks! :)

Amy- I have You Don't Know Jacques. I should see how similar they are! I think YDKJ might be a tad darker... Yah it looked good on me a week ago (when I wore it) but my hands are so much tanner now. It might not have the same effect. It would prolly (more or less) blend in with my skin.

  9. Agh! now I am conflicted, had just decided I was over the whole "griege" thing and have put my Nails Inc The Thames and Jermyn Street on a back burner and then I saw this and am loving it again - that said it does look amazing on your incredibly fab nails, nail envy big time here!
