Damone Roberts 1968

OPI Damone Roberts 1968
Yay! It came! I was so excited when I received my package in the mail. I wasted no time putting this polish on! And I don't want to take it off!!!
Sure it was a pain to apply (like all of the other bloggers have stated) and the brush had a wild bristle that I had to pay special attention not to let it scrape grooves into my polish... but just look at this color! I don't know what it is but I am really, REALLY liking it! I think I found my new favorite OPI. Too bad it was a limited edition polish. I bought myself one bottle just to say I had it, but now I want a backup and it is sold out! Again! This will have to be another one of my "special occasion only" polishes :)

"Damone Roberts 1968" is a pistachio green. It's somewhat unsaturated, giving it a grayed-out appearance. The formula a little on the thick side but I was aware of that before I bought it. I made it work. I had to put forth a little more effort than usual with the 3 coats, but after applying Seche Vite, the end result is just perfect! I couldn't be happier :)

  1. Oh, I like this color!! Your nails are seriously perfect. I'm still working on getting mine to look like yours and they keep peeling/breaking/cracking/blah/blah/blah. So frustrating! I guess I just have to be patient since I did bite them for over 20 years. GROSS! Love you, Sissy! When do I get my Zoyas? :)

  5. Squared Nails- Thank you :) Yah I suppose I get the "grayed out" look of it... though I think that description may confuse some people. Definintely pistachio! Maybe I should add that to my information?
