NOX twilight "Citrus"

NOX twilight "Citrus"

There must be something wrong with me... I'm so critical of polish when I see it in the bottle. This one I honestly was not too excited about trying. Hey, I'm just being honest... But LOOK! It's GORGEOUS!

This is 3 coats of "Citrus" (2 would have been okay but I bumped a tip and needed to repaint it). Isn't the color amazing? It's like China Glaze's "Strawberry Fields" but peach! THIS is the color that I wanted OPI "Bright Lights, Big Color" to be! It is perfect for summer! And so bright too!

I always like label shots... Look below at the gold shimmer! AND that metal crest. It's so cool!

I'm very pleased with this color. I can't believe I ever had any doubt! Thanks for looking!
P.S. Don't forget about my "Vampire" challenge for this week!
The entry deadline is Friday at midnight (CST)

  2. This is GORGEOUS! I would probably pass it over just looking at the bottle...but it is so pretty on your nails! Also, I'm super excited about your vampire challenge. I don't like Twilight, but I love Dracula and I will definitely be submitting something. :)

  4. I was refusing to even look at these just on principle. I'd be too ashamed to admit I had bought something associated with Twilight. However, this color is making me think twice O.o it's gorgeous!

  18. Gorgeous. I hesitated adding it to my "wishlist" just because it's associated with "Twilight" but the color one out :)

  19. OH! It's so gorgeous! I immediately had to go to twilightbeauty.com, just to notice, that they do not ship internationally... Sometimes it sucks to live in Finland, eh. Well, at least I get to adore these pictures! Let's hope that some day I'll get those colors too! :)

  20. Could it be that this NOX polish is exceptionally good? You have given the colors, application, and coverage glowing comments so I'm wondering if maybe NOX is the next OPI.

  21. Thank you all for the comments! Sorry I could not respond to all of them, I've been very busy lately!! To those of you that asked questions:

Anonymous- I think NOX polishes ship internationally from here: http://www.simplebeauty.co.uk/index.php?main_page=index

Snoozen- I think the colors are awesome, the packaging is even better, the brush is great (smaller than OPI but easy to work with), and the coverage is really good! The only thing that I'd change is the thickness of the polish. SOME of these NOX polishes are not as smooth as OPI but I could probably fix that with Seche Restore. Overall, I'd say 4 out of 5 stars. (To compare, I'd probably give OPI 4.5 stars. I don't think any polish is perfect. Not even Rescue Beauty Lounge! They take waaaay too long to dry. Plus, I also don't believe there is such a thing as "perfect"). I really hope that helps!! :) Thanks for your comment!

  24. I'm pretty sure that this is a dupe for CND's Toxic Perfection. Took me a few days to place it but I dug it out today and it appears to be spot on to your swatch pic.
